Classes Are Claimable Through Your Private Health Fund Because Our Physiotherapists Are Instructing And Monitoring Your Progress. To Claim It’s Compulsory To See One Of Our Physiotherapist In Consultation Before Your First Class.

SURF: Conditioning and restorative work for Surfers
BALLET: Youth Dance Conditioning and restorative work for active Ballerinas (8-16 years) - Not Active until further notice
TRE: Learn to invoke spontaneous ‘neurogenic’ movements in a safe and controlled way to help release chronic muscle tension and stress. - Taking Private Session only until further notice

• Casual Class – $45
• 10 Class Pass – $390 ($39/class)
• 5 Class Pass – $210 ($42/class)
• Private session (1 hour) – $136
• 2:1 Private Session (1 hour) – $79 each
• 3:1 Private Session (1 hour) – $60 each
• 4:1 Private Session (1 hour) – $48 each
